For product shipments (within 24 hours from payment confirmation in cases 6.2-4) both within and outside Greece, Elegancia Porteña accepts payments via cash on delivery, bank payment, debit card, credit card, PayPal, or any other payment service approved by the relevant regulatory authorities.

6.1 Cash on Delivery
You can pay the courier company upon the delivery of the products to your location. The final shipping cost is calculated during the payment process for the products.

6.2 Bank Payment
You can settle your order by depositing the payment into the company's bank account. If the payment is not completed within 3 working days from the order placement, the order will be cancelled. To confirm your payment promptly, please include the buyer's full name and the order number in the payment reference. Transaction fees are the responsibility of the payer. After depositing the money, please send the deposit slip/proof via email to info@eleganciaportena.com.

6.3 Payment via debit/credit card

If you choose to pay with a debit or credit card, you accept that the order implies an obligation to pay. The payment clearance process is carried out through the electronic payment platform of the respective credit institutions responsible for ensuring the absolute security of your transactions on our website. For purchases made with a debit or credit card, you should follow the instructions provided on the website. In the order form, you will need to enter the card number and the expiration date of your debit or credit card. The charge to your debit or credit card will be made after a verification and certification of the card's details and validity. You are solely responsible for correctly recording and providing accurate information regarding your debit or credit card, and the card used for each transaction must belong to you. Debit or credit cards are subject to validation and approval by the issuer of each card. If the required payment approval is not received by our company, we do not take responsibility for any delay or non-delivery of the ordered product, and we will not be able to complete the sales contract with you.

6.4 Payment via PayPal
If you choose to pay via PayPal, you can send your payments online using a debit or credit card or a bank account. When you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal website, where you can make your payment. If you don't already have a PayPal account, you can create a new one. On PayPal, you can choose how you would like to execute your payment (for example, using a debit or credit card) and then proceed to make the payment. Payment should be made at the time of the order, and if the order does not proceed, the payment will be refunded (excluding any shipping charges that may have been incurred up to the point of cancellation). The charged amount, in addition to the value of the ordered product, will include any additional fees, such as shipping costs.

Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who can decode it using the appropriate key. Elegancia Porteña does not have access to your banking data, and it does not store any information related to your bank or your credit or debit card. Therefore, please enter the payment details for each order you place with us. Elegancia Porteña will not be responsible for any damages or losses (direct or indirect) suffered by a member whose card is used illegally or in an unauthorized manner. Elegancia Porteña is not responsible for any damage that may occur to your computer equipment from viruses, spyware, or similar programs during your connection to our website. Please make sure you have antivirus software and that your computer's other protective programs are up to date.

8.1 Right of Withdrawal
As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the products. This withdrawal is without cause and without any charges. If the product has already been delivered, the buyer must return the product exactly in the condition received, with all accompanying documents, and in its original packaging in excellent condition. The return of the product is accepted only if the buyer has paid the return shipping costs for the product. The declaration of withdrawal is sent in writing by post or electronically via registered mail to the company's address or email: info@eleganciaportena.com . Upon the declaration of withdrawal, the company is obligated to refund the amount received within 14 days from the proper return of the products. The refund to the buyer will be made without interest using the same means used for the initial payment, unless otherwise agreed. If the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the company has the right to seek compensation from the buyer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and to unilaterally and without further notice make a full or partial set-off of its claim against the buyer. In any case, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery.
8.2 Refund Policy
Refund of money is exclusively carried out in case of proven inability to use the product due to the company's liability and inability to solve the problem within fourteen (14) working days. Money refunds are strictly made within fourteen (14) working days, starting from the day following the confirmation of the inability to solve the problem. The fourteen (14) working days are subject to any delays in processing, for which the company is not responsible. After this specified time period, there will be no refund from the company. In the case of a money refund, the return costs are borne by the consumer. If the refund is made to an account with another bank, the bank charges are borne by the customer.

If an electronic order has been completed but the product has not yet been dispatched, the buyer can contact the business, and the business will cancel the order without any cost. Depending on the volume of the order and the time of cancellation, if damage is incurred to the business due to the cancellation, the buyer may be asked to compensate for it.

The business cannot be held responsible for any deviations in the image and quality of the product as seen on your personal computer screen, as well as on any other device's screen (mobile, laptop, tablet), given the different technologies used in the construction of each screen.

Elegancia Porteña respects your privacy. The Data Protection Policy provides an overview of the privacy policies we follow in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 679/2016.
12.2 Security
You are prohibited from using any device or software that aims to harm or interfere with the proper functioning of the Website or steal any system, data, or personal information from the Website.
It is also prohibited to engage in any action that would impose an excessive and disproportionate load on the Website's system or any other infrastructure. Access to and use of sections of the Website protected by passwords are restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access such sections of the Website may be subject to prosecution in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Code.

These Terms of Use shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the current legislation of the Hellenic Republic. For any disputes arising from the application of these Terms, the courts of Thessaloniki shall have jurisdiction.
